After, I explained that his support supplier sprayed all around my bed, and the things underneath my bed, charged me an outrageous price and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine to get $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of what I was billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt great about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my employees treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I would have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
